1. Identify a workplace – and identify an administrative system that requires planning/development or review.
• You need to ensure that the project you have chosen has sufficient complexity for the purposes of the assessment task. 2. Identify the requirements for your new or modified system.  You must cover the following issues in your report:
2.1 - Problem definition (what are the current issues).
2.2 - Proposed solution (for new or modified administrative system).
2.3 – Address the following;
2.3.1 - Goals and objectives (of the new or modified administrative system).
2.3.2 - User requirements/expectations (including features & benefits), 
2.3.3 - Performance standards (what performance are you expecting as an outcome?).
2.3.4 - Internal and external standards (what other standards are relevant? For example; internal file field naming conventions, external – new admin process for managing termination of staff for poor performance you would refer to the standards and guidelines contained in the Fair Work Act (2009) ).
