Understanding how this process works and how we learn can help us appreciate how important the use of reflection is to our learning. The reflective process is a way of exploring your learning, in identifying your knowledge gaps and areas for improvement and serve as a channel for communicating your response to thoughts, and feelings but more importantly it serves to provide clarity and a better understanding of what you are learning. 

The student's ability to evaluate and express their thoughts and opinions about the content, in offering a unique and independent yet related view will be assessed. The student's ability to demonstrate their understanding of the content as part of their learning and development process will further be assessed. 

Description: Students are required to submit an audio recording (using their cell phone or an audio recording device) of their reflective thoughts on the following topic, along with a comprehensive list of references that they have consulted to complete this task. The audio documentary will offer students an opportunity to engage with reflective exercises using alternative skills, in the form of a verbal presentation. As such, they will be required to audio record their reflective responses to the topic instead of submitting this in writing. 

It is very important that students prepare their response before recording to ensure that they construct a logical argument with theoretical input, as well as embed important personal reflections.
