1. Create the data in Table-1(see below) into SPSS spreadsheet and save the data file as "employee_Data.sav". Enter value labels as appropriate for Gender, Employment Category, and Education Level. Get the SPSS and answer the following:

a. Compute the frequencies for Gender, Employment Category, and Education Level variables, and create a Bar chart for each of these three variables. Report and discuss your results.

b. Generate Histogram and Box plots for current and starting salary variables. Compute the summary statistics for these variables and discuss it in detail. Are there any outliers in the dataset?

c. Select the appropriate statistical test to compare gender groups on continuous variables, and perform the analyses to answer the questions below:

i. Define a research question and state the null and alternative hypotheses.

ii. Perform the test at a=0.05 and with the assumption of equal variances. Do the data suggest unequal variances between the groups?

iii. Report and interpret your results.
