This assignment assesses your ability to comprehend some of module content and respond to questions related to it.

• Questions are drawn from some (but not all) of the module content. You’ll find information in the modules to assist you answering questions but you will also need to research beyond the LMS material that’s been provided.
• Your assignment does not need to be formatted or presented in any specific way – you can write your answers in the assignment document underneath each question. If you do this, don’t worry if you receive a high turnitin score when you submit your file as the system is matching the questions against other assessments.
• The total word count for this assessment is 1500 words including in-text citations. Do not go over this limit. If you write in less words, that is fine. As a guide, each notebook activity should be approximately 500 words, but if you find that one question requires more words than another, that is also okay.
• Each notebook activity is marked out of 20, with 10 marks for written expression and 10 marks for referencing. When you support your answer with references, make sure it adheres to APA style. This is to prepare you for the essay (3^rd assignment).

The Notebook Activities.

Notebook Activity 1. This contains three questions that relate to a case study and how you would act as a Case Manager. It is fine to bullet point your responses here. You do not need to write your response in full paragraphs.

Notebook Activity 2. This has two questions. The first involves a comparison between two assessment tools. Your response can be in bullet point; however in previous years, some students preferred to provide their response in a table (for ease of comparison). This is also fine. For this question, you need to search for psychometric literature to support your answer. In the second part, you are required to think about the cultural implications of assessment and testing. Bullet points responses are acceptable for this question.

Notebook Activity 3. This is a written response to an open-ended question. You are being assessed on your ability to provide a persuasive response. You can argue for or against the question. You should write this question in a formal paragraph (i.e., no bullet points) and support your main ideas with literature.
