You have been asked to organize a five-day outward bound course to Scotland for 20 business management students and a few lecturers. This is intended as a practical demonstration of leadership and team-building skills in difficult situations designed to engender closer teamwork and cooperation amongst different students on the course. 
You have produced a preliminary scope assessment of the project (see information below), but want also to identify risks associated with the project. 
Project Scope Statement 
Objective To organize a five day outward bound course to Scotland involving water-based activities in Scotland. It should be fun, but also lead to better team work amongst the students. 
Deliverables Provide air transportation from Birmingham to Edinburgh. Provide land transportation from Edinburgh to the Highlands. Provide three meals a day for five days in the Highlands. Provide a half-day training course on rafting and kayaking skills. Provide overnight accommodation at the "Caimgorms Lodge" Provide 3 experienced guides for the duration of the programme. 
Milestones Students finish other work and arrive in Birmingham on 1 June. Depart from Birmingham by air on 1 June. Students to arrive back in Birmingham late evening, 6 June. 
Technical Requirements Rafting and kayak provision near to Cairngorm Lodge. Mobile phone and two way radio communication devices. Internet connection at Lodge.
