In this assignment, you will take on the role of a project manager and produce a detailed project proposal for a client outlining your recommended course of action for the delivery of their project. You will identify your unique value proposition that provides you with a competitive advantage over other project managers trying to engage with the same client.

Your government client is seeking to undertake a number of related projects with and on behalf of the local Indigenous community. For the purpose of this assignment, your clients are considered to be the Queensland State Government Department of Tourism and Sport and the Quandamooka People as the traditional Custodians of Minjerribah.
