Evidence of mock interview  including an observation record completed by a tutor commenting on this and confirming assessment criteria 3.2 and 3.3 have been successfully achieved ( LO 3)

A reflection upon the strengths and areas to develop or improve based on the mock interview and tutor feedback.  (LO3)
