b) This module learning sessions will consist of about 12 sessions covering a wide range of topics of Safety, Health and Environment from various industry practitioners. Refer to the attached schedule (Appendix A) for the topics of talks given. All the content presented by the presenters in the 12 sessions will be part of the reflection in the portfolio. 

c) The portfolio may include key reference material & evidence to support the students work. The finished reflection should include an analysis of the learning journey the student has embarked upon sincebeginning the course, identify changes in beliefs or thinking, discuss any critical incidents they have encountered, and if at work, how the course may have impacted upon 
their work. 
d) The student shall also reflect upon what new knowledge has been accrued, methods used to gain the knowledge, comment upon how they may approach the learning if it was repeated. The critical comment shall be included regarding how the combined knowledge may be used in the future as well as identifying any future learning points and discuss how they may fill the knowledge gap.
