A student can do experiential learning in any of the following divisions of the Poultry industry

First report

In the first six months, student must report on the following aspects:

The student must report in detail on the basic procedures which are done on the site where the student do Experiential learning. For example the following action or programme can be included: Lighting programme, Feeding Programme, Bio-security, Disease control, Preparation of houses for placing, ventilation, Temperature control etc. The program must be followed by a discussion which indicate if the program is successful or not and what can be done to improve production.

Second/Final Report

17/22 18 Basic management aspects which are not include in first Report can be added. In the final Report the student must focus on analysing of production data. Production indicators such as FCR, growth, egg production, egg quality, PEF, Cv's, mortalities must be presented in tables and compared with standards or other flocks by drawing graphs. The results must then be discussed and recommendations must be given to solve the problems.
