Additionally, this research project aims to identify how PP and PET get into the environment in a non-regulated way will be assessed and new management practices if available, will be assessed for their potential to limit environmental harms.

Methodology
With the purpose of achieving the proposed aims and objectives, a literature review will be performed, and theoretical investigations will be carried out. Firstly, an analysis will be carried out about the extensive use of PP and PET plastics in various sectors like construction, food preservation etc. Different manufacturing methods and steps involved in each method will be reviewed in order to understand the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of each method to understand the negative impact of each method on the environment.
