Scenario
The Mashirkas are a Hindu family from India. They moved to Melbourne 2 years ago and are in the process of establishing themselves in Australia .
Mr and Mrs Mashirka both work long hours in low paid jobs and are finding it difficult to cope with the high cost of living. Subsequently the food budget is quite low.
The Mashirkas have two teenage children who are overweight and wish to reduce their weight through eating a healthy diet. Mr and Mrs Mashirka also wish to lose weight.
