This assignment requires you to conduct a critical appraisal of the academic literature to analyse the role of project management in dealing with the challenges usually encountered in the entrepreneurial life cycle.

You are required to source at least 5 journal papers and write a report to answer one of the following questions:

• The suitability of traditional and/or adaptive project management approaches to deliver incremental and radical innovative outcomes.

Please note that traditional project management is also known as stage gate, waterfall or predictive project management. The adaptive project management is also known as agile project management.
