1.  Assume that you work in a business selling health and nutrition products and services. Some new employees have been recruited to work in your organisation. You have been asked to design and present a training session for these new employees. This will be delivered after their initial induction.
2. Develop a presentation you would deliver to new employees to explain the procedures involved in recommending products and services. Your presentation will need to cover the steps taken to research the product range and recommend products/ services. You will discuss product warranties, promotional activities, pricing and after sales service. You will present information about the importance of client feedback.

 Choose an electronic product which is sold by different organisations; examples of suitable products are printers, digital cameras, entertainment systems, televisions or computers. Identify at least three different models/ versions of the product. Each should be manufactured by a different company (although it might be sold within the same organisation). Locate and review available product documentation to allow you to identify and understand the characteristics of each model/ version. Compare the products. Present your findings in a table.

Activity 3

 You wish to go on a two week holiday within Australia. You will need to purchase flights, transfers and accommodation, and decide where to eat and what to do with your time. You will go on at least one day tour. Create a portfolio of information on the products and services which you might use. The portfolio should be in an appropriate format.
