From these reflections you are then required to establish SMART goals (using the provided template in MyLO) to facilitate your learning experiences and ultimately meet the practice expectations during your final PEP for the Bachelor of Nursing. This document will be used to inform conversations and learning goals with your clinical facilitator during Nursing Practice 5. Your on-campus intensive workshop in week 8 will have activities that facilitate completion of this assessment task.
