 Assessment Details This task consists of two parts:
 1. Role play the case scenario handed out in class within your triad groups in Session 3 and 4. Students are not required to submit this recording but will use it to write their critical reflection. 
2. Case Review: Provide case notes (summary of interview), assessment and case plan based on the role play interview in class critical reflection response from the perspective of yourself as the social worker. The case review and case plan will include the following: 
Part A: Review of Role Play
1. Provide a clear and brief summary of the interview 
2. Explain what skills and strategies you used as the social worker including SOLER, active listening skills, communication skills, responding to content, feelings and meaning, paraphrasing, summarising and open questions
3. Show critical reflection on your relationship building as the social worker. What was significant to you? What challenged you? How might you use these learnings in future practice?
Part B: Case Planning
1. Provide case notes from the interview as if you were documenting the case for your agency 
2. Provide an assessment of the case

7. Clarity of expression, grammar, punctuation and spelling
8. Effective use of evidence/ data/ sources (minimum of 5 references are required)
9. Demonstration of correct APA (7th edition) referencing style How to do well in Assessment 1
