Context

Much of the work carried out by Project Managers is associated with communication and engagement. Formal and informal communications in addition to verbal and written communications are related to Stakeholder Engagement and Communication. This can include requests for presentations, reports and other forms of communication. (PMI, 2021, p.73). Among the competencies and skills expected of effective Project Managers, is the ability to present status, outcomes, and findings in a succinct and understandable manner, using presentation and communication techniques and tools, which are engaging, demonstrate understanding of the topic and the audience, and include feedback loops to confirm the degree to which the stakeholder has heard and understood the message.
