• The development of an organisation structure for the project team showing clear roles, responsibilities and project role position descriptions.
• The development of a framework for decision-making and approvals within the project management structure, considering roles and decision made by functional departments and other project teams (if applicable).
• The development of a table to show the framework for delegate authority.
• The development of a communication plan to be put in place to ensure project stakeholders have a common understanding of the project governance roles and responsibilities.
