Task

1. Using the specified "Sample Project," which is an unmoderated usability test on the "Fyre Agency" website. There are many aspects that need to be considered carefully by the understandings of the users and their performance and preferences according to the report produced by the testing tool (Loop11). This testing involved 30 persons, who supplied the data using a range of devices, dates, and durations.

2. See if you can find information on the types of companies and industry sectors that Fyre Agency has worked with. Task completion based on the analyses, is low (31%). The participants' average time spent on tasks is 02:08. Efficiency is measured by pageviews, lostness, and average pageviews (6.4 on average, 0.75 on average).There are numerous usability difficulties that cause participants to land on another page after being unable to navigate to the path, failing the activity. Here there are references to the Task 1.

3. See if you can find how long the Fyre Agency has been operating or the year the business started. Task completion based on the analyses, is high (76%). The participants' average time spent on tasks is 00:35. Efficiency is measured by pageviews, lostness, and average pageviews (2.6 on average, 0.25 on average). There are few usability difficulties, but the participants to land on correct page after being able to navigate to the path, completed the activity. Here there are references to the Task 2.

4. You have heard that the Fyre Agency has published an interesting article about ANZ Bank's introduction of Apple Pay to customers. Please see if you can find the article it on this site. Task completion based on the analyses, is low (36%). The participants' average time spent on tasks is 00:34. Efficiency is measured by pageviews, lostness, and average pageviews (2.6 on average, 0.17 on average). There are numerous usability difficulties that cause participants to land on another page after being unable to navigate to the path, failing the activity. Here there are references to the Task 3.

5. Please go to the Loop 11 platform to locate its “Sample Project”. which is an unmoderated usability testing on “Fyre Agency” website. Please understand the statistics generated by Loop 11 to write up a basic “insights report”. Please report on the “Results” & “Findings” from each category of data which are “Dashboard” “Tasks”, “Video”, “Questions”, “Participants”, & “Clickstream & Heatmaps”. In other words, you need to report your understandings about “users” and their “performance and preference data” on those tasks in the sample project. This report should include key information on both “Performance metrics” and “Issue-based” metrics. Some examples of metrics include (not limited to the below items):

• Task success
• Time on tasks
• Efficiency (pageviews, lostness, etc.)
• Usability issues
• Path analysis

6. Please use the exported data in the spreadsheet of this “Fyre Agency” sample project to conduct further analysis. Please use Excel or other statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) to conduct further analysis to identify new insights (patens/trends) which are not automatically reported by Loop11 (Hint: please refer to Tullis & Albert Chapter 2 & 4 for examples). Please show tables, graphs, and your interpretations of results in the report.

7. Please select 5 participants’ videos sessions from the “Fyre Agency sample project” and then use Reframer to tag those important incidents in the video (e.g., Errors, confusing, disappointing moments, user’s requirements, important quotes etc.). Export and download the notes from Reframer for analysis.

It offers a graphic picture of how participants moved around the website's tasks.

• Develop hands-on skills of understanding and interpret various statistics on “Performance Metrics” and “Issue-based Metrics”;
• Master key features of this usability testing software. Being able to use usability testing software to interpret statistics and generate evidence-based insights in written reports.
