1.Project Initiation and project charter
Project Initiation meeting was held with ABC Ltd, where a basic project requirement was gathered and at later date project charter was outlined and defined. 

1.A. Development of the Project charter: Project brief: An agile workspace for 2000 people in an A grade office building.

2.Project planning: As per the project brief given by ABC Ltd project planning was initiated and involved following steps;

2.A. Project scope Management Plan: After many discussions with the client a detailed project scope was outlined used as base for collecting the further data.

2.A.1. Collecting project requirements: During this phase detailed requirements such as no of seats, cabins, storage spaces or cabins or shared spaces such as meeting rooms breakout rooms were gathered form every department of the client. This data was incorporated in the project scope document.

2.A.2. Appointing of Vendors by floating RFPs: After finalization of detailed scope, Vendor selection criterion was discussed and finalised along with the client. The criterion involved the weightage selection matrix. The RFPs floated to the prospective vendors.

2.A.2.1. Appointment of Designing (Architect), technical consultants (Structural, MEP, HVAC & FAS) and contractors. Using the Weightage Selection matrix Design & Technical vendors were selected. Detailed scope was shared with the selected vendors and detailed drawings were developed for the tendering process to appoint the contractors.

2. A.3. Creating WBS: After selection of contractors a detailed Work Breakdown Structure was developed.
