-Recommendations and guidelines for the successful implementation of the project plan.

To support your discussion, you are required to reflect on your experience and refer to the research conducted in this area. Then, provide recommendations and guidelines for reinforcing/avoiding the causes of the projects success/failure. Description of the project: Project description gives the descriptive knowledge about the project which is to be carried out. This project is based upon the grocery stores
selling stale and dull meat. This project is trying toadd high valued fresh meat in those grocery stores which has never had fresh meat in the grocery and to see its results and consequences under different disciplines.

Objective of the project: Project objective is defined as the set of goals or outcomes that are targeted to achieve at the end the of the project or after its successful
implementation (Munns &Bjeirmi, 1996).As this project is based on grocery stores which tend to sell stale meat, its main objective is to add value added high quality fresh meatin those grocery stores and to examine the different possible outcomes of the project using different techniques. This project and its time period will be depended upon the no. of groceries where the project will be carried out, higher no. of groceries requires more time, more fund and vice versa. Its objectives can be listed as the given.
• To add quality meat in the grocery stores which at present are selling stale meat.
• To enhance grocery stores performance through addition of fresh meat.
