Health profile
Mrs Tatayi 40 years old black African who have got a diagnosis of COPD and depression. She dropped out off school at the age of thirteen, was bullied at school and difficult upbringing leaving with stepfather who sexually abused her. She lives in the borough of Newham in a 2 bedrooms council flat. She is overweight with a BMI of 30 and she is unemployed.
Mrs Tatayi is a single mother who lives with 3 children (2 girls aged 3 and 5 years and boy aged 13 years) and she is a smoker and she drinks alcohol 3 times a week. Mrs Tatayi she is in receipt of benefits (Universal credit) and she signs on at job centre every 2 weeks to keeps her benefits on. Mrs Tatayi does not have immediate relatives who lives closer, however, she has got a friend who also have issues with alcohol and drug misuses.
