Regardless of English language learning at Secondary School in Thailand, students must study English subject as it is compulsory. Foreign language learning particularly English has become one of the main focus for EFL students at a secondary school in Thailand to be achieved. Even the influence of traditional teaching model based on grammar translation and memorization still exist and occupied. Therefore, how to improve the ability of oral English of the student is considered to be challenge task. To clarify, In EFL class there will be an average of 40-50 students in EFL class which considered a large scale classroom. Students have diverse of knowledge background in the English language. The method of language teaching is based on the traditional way of translating in Grammar and teacher-centered approach. Most teachers still have not offered enough training to sustain Thai students with competence in using the English language in an effective and practical way. In fact, this can show that Thai teachers still have the wrong idea about foreign language learning and don’t know how to contribute the knowledge of teaching EFL class which causes learners to have a low production of language acquisition and skills. Especially listening to the skill which considered as the fundamental skill and important one for the student to acquire because if they do not have this skill, they will have a difficult time to learn a foreign language and be struggled to contribute other skills such as speaking and pronunciation as well. Questions: 1) Describe a framework for listening development that could be applied to any listening text or to structure a listening lesson. 2) And how it develops students listening comprehension.
