• Details of project challenges, risks and issues that are or can impact the project plan or achievement of project outcomes

• Propose an action plan or change request that will require stakeholder support or resolution

• Answer any questions or clarifications required by the Steering Committee The presentation to the committee should be up to 15 minutes and allowance of 5 minutes to answer any questions raised by the committee members.
