Moreover, considering the world is moving in the same direction as depicted by the George Floyd case in the United States of America, the study will draw a comparison between the Crpc and its global standing ( UNODC, UDHR) for the provision of liberty vs. public order while utilising the constitutional outcomes of the case above suggesting implications that may be adapted in the CrpC .
