Complete an application for a Regional Touring grant using the information in the scenario below. The  objective of this assignment is to make it as a realistic as possible. 

To complete this grant, you will need to do the following: 

1. Decide on a tour outline for which you will be applying for the grant. To be eligible for the grant,  tours must be a minimum of 10 shows. However, the more shows in the tour, then the greater  the chance that the band will be successful. 

2. Determine the amount of the grant that you wish to apply. The maximum amount available  is $15,000 and your budget needs to support the amount that you will apply. 

3. Complete all the questions in the 'Touring Grant Application'. 

4. Provide the 'Touring Itinerary' (see Appendix A). 

5. Provide the 'Tour Budget' (see Appendix B). You will need to explain all large budget items.

6. Provide a one page marketing plan. 

7. OPTIONAL – If you think it's necessary then you can also provide up to four additional schedules.  These may include: Time Line, Detailed Marketing Budget, Letters of Support etc.

Tessa & The Terrific Turtles are a young band that have been working hard for the past three years. They  have released a very successful EP and have just finished recording their first album. 

They have been constantly touring during their time together and have developed a following across the  east coast. They are now in the process of planning their debut album release. 

You have just been appointed as the band's manager. For the purpose of this assessment you need to  complete a grant application for a Regional Touring Grant.
