You are one of the 10,000 union PSA health workers in DHBs. Compared to other professionals in PSA, salaries are low for health professionals at the DHBs. Your work is stressful and involves overtime and on-call requirements when a crisis situation arises. Burnout is significant. Members of your profession feel disenfranchised and union members are to vote on whether to take strike action. 
Strike action has been proposed as a way to seek pay parity and improve employment conditions. However, this will mean that the health services in your district will likely be disrupted during the strike. 

You are concerned about your current working conditions and the effect your work has on your wellbeing but at the same time you have concerns that strike action may put members of your health team at risk as well as your local DHB.
Today, health professionals in the PSA are voting on whether to go on strike. What should you do?
