Introduction

The focus of the assignment should be on whether you think the communication could have been done better. Your reflection is, therefore, of critical nature and tone in this regard (so try to be constructive by offering a clear point on what you think could have been done better and why) and offers the opportunity to work on some of our first readings and other class content. Stress should, in particular, be given to whether the communication of the policy resulted in a successful modification of your or other people's behaviour.
