3. There are two parts to this assessment: 
 

PART 1: Report on progress and data presentation (approximately 500-750 words + figures/tables) 
This section should include the following headings:

• measures - describe the measures you are recording, and explain why you have chosen them

• results - present the data collected so far (using charts, graphs, tables, etc.)

• a brief summary of your progress to date. 
 

PART 2: Reflection (approximately 750 words) In this section, reflect on how your project has progressed so far (from weeks 1 to 3). In particular, explain how your ongoing reflections during the past weeks, have informed your theory of change, and your decisions to continue with or change any aspect of your project. You should draw on the research literature, where relevant, to support your insights. Here are some prompt questions you can use: 
• What in your project has worked well so far, and why?

• What have you changed about your project from weeks 2 to 4 and why?

• What challenges still remain in your project, and why?

• How the subject materials and resources have informed your project?

• How your ongoing reflections have informed your project?
