4. Copy and paste the following jurisdictions and their data into an Excel worksheet:

a. Ontario

b. Manitoba

c. British Columbia

d. Canada

5. Compare Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia and answer the following questions:

a. How do these 3 provinces compare over the years for the following two conditions?

i. Hospitalized Stroke Event

ii. Hospitalized Acute Myocardial Infarction Event How do they compare to Canada overall?

Note use only the data based on the 2011 standard population.

6. Use graphs to illustrate your findings and provide an analysis. Indicate a plausible benchmark and comment on how a benchmark might be used for performance improvement.
