The following assessments require you to review project plans, specifications and documentation as part of the planning of the construction phase of these projects, and complete the following tasks.

2. Identify classification(s) and explain how you determined them, referencing BCA
3. Identify number of stories. Determine if the car park counts as a story.
4. Identify and explain the fire protection required throughout the building including references to standards and BCA requirements
5. Identify and explain the requirements for natural lighting including references to standards and BCA requirements
6. List at least two solutions for meeting fire protection and natural lighting requirements
7. Explain what documentation you will need to complete/file, and with which authorities/bodies, referring to BCA where necessary
8. Identify licensing requirements
