Identifying a particular assessment issue within a context of particular classroom, school year, subject, or school as a whole, as a recognized ‘highly proficient’ or ‘lead’ teacher, you will provide a rationale for the professional development plan to improve the assessment of student learning to inform teaching with consideration for its implications for equity concerns and success in implementation. Outline your plan using Griffin’s (2007) five steps: Measure, Generalise, Intervene, Resource and Policy. Assessment Criteria and Steps:

1.
