The study adopted a qualitative case study approach and uses interviews as a tool for collecting data. However, prior to conducting the study and interacting with participants, your study leader/lecturer advises you to apply for ethical clearance with University’s Research Ethics Committee (REC) to get permission to conduct the planned interviews with participants. Part of the supporting documents required by REC is an informed consent form. Against this background, draft an Informed Consent using the information provided.
