This reflection is on your personal brand and your intention to integrate marketing learning into the workplace.
• Self-reflection - Reflect on yourself as a brand: You as an MBA qualified professional with Marketing capability. Conduct a personal SWOT/TOWS Analysis, that reveals your current strengths, work-in-progress (weaknesses), opportunities and barriers to implementation (threats), and this process can then aid your ideation of an action plan for personal integration of the skills learned.
This reflection involves the choice of submitting both video and written submission of reflections, or a written-only submission. The following options are available:
1. If you choose written only, you have a word guide of 2500 word, submission. Your task is to conduct a self-assessment of your personal brand as an MBA with Marketing capability, ensure that you are open, honest and reveal yourself to the reader. In this way, your action plan will have greater meaning. A rubric will be provided on Canvas.
2. If you choose video and written submissions you will still need to submit a brief document that shows in point form the points you raised and academic references where relevant. This approach would work well with creating a video as it will highlight your speaking points and include the mandatory academic referencing for your reflection submission. The word count for this brief document is reduced to a guide of 600 words, with referencing.
Deliverable: Your reflection must cover either of two approaches (options 1 or option 2)
