These may build from the environmental profile you included in 2.6 Discussion: Environmental profile. Make sure you provide sufficient detail as this will enable you to effectively reflect.

Part B: Reflection Of Memory

Reflection is meant to stimulate how you think (your perspective) about environmental and broader issues of sustainability. Your reflections afford you the benefit of hindsight, so be critical about your memories and experiences. This is not an exercise to get you to admit that you love the environment or care about sustainability—if you do not, explain where those feelings came from.

The reflection should be driven by questions that arise from Part A.

Additional questions to guide your reflection may include (but are not limited to):

What environmental beliefs and/or positions are reflected by your experience?

How have these experiences influenced your knowledge and awareness of the environment and broader sustainability issues?

What insights and thoughts have you gained through reflecting upon your peers’ experiences shared in the Canvas discussion boards’ activities?

Part C: Teaching/Practice Position 

After completing your reflections on these experiences, now consider how this impacts your role as a teacher. Consider the following prompt questions;
