Reflective and Analytic Report – group level (30%). Working in groups of 3 - 5, students will need to identify a workplace problem and critically analyse the situation, develop a problem solution method and provide recommendations. Students should attempt to choose organisations that are multinational or national as this will make it easier for information to be accessed. The solution method provided should be accompanied with appropriate referencing andntheory from the modules within this course. This assess- ment includes two assignments

> a. Workplace Analytic Report: This should draw upon the relevant class material. The group report should be approximately 2,000 words.
> b. Reflective Essay: An individual reflective essay should be approximately 1,000 words.

Part A: Workplace Analytic Report
You must write a Workplace Analytic Report, discussing the organisational behaviour characteristics of an organisa-tion. This should draw on learning from modules A, B and E of this subject. Specifically, you should include at least two of the following: attributes, motivation, empowerment, learning and development. The Workplace Analytic Report should be written in appropriate business language so that your analysis and discussion have an objective tone. Your writing should be clear and concise and be in your own words. Use headings to guide the reader and include tables or diagrams that make the case clearer.
