1.2 Module: Introduction to clinical practice
1.2.1 Contribution to course learning: This particular assessment task maps to the following course learning outcomes.
CLO 1 - Reconcile the pathophysiology of common musculoskeletal conditions with patient signs and symptoms
CLO 2 - Demonstrate clinical reasoning to formulate a list of differential diagnoses of common musculoskeletal conditions
CLO 4 - Formulate a working diagnosis based on evidence-based practice
CLO 5 - Compose comprehensive accounts of clinical encounters which meet medico-legal requirements for on-going care and patient management
At the completion of this task, students will contribute to demonstrating competency in the learning outcomes, listed above, for this course.
2 Instructions:
2.1 Undertake an analysis of the case study provided by academic staff and complete the ALL PARTS of the assignment. The word limit for the assignment is 1500words +/-10% will be acceptable. Please consider how to make information presentable ie. tables, dot point
2.2 Part 1 – Draw from the case study the relevant information and record in a SQIDS CARNTAG format.
