Assignment Task

Objective 

To test the students’ ability to conduct valuation work by drawing upon the knowledge gathered over the years of study in the valuation field.

Makmor Berjaya Sdn. Bhd. has instructed you to value the below properties for PURCHASE  purposes. The properties are as follows:-

1. Petrol Station;

2. Restaurant;

3. Hotel;

4. Cinema;

5. Golf Club / Theme Park;

6. A piece of agricultural land (more than 50 hectares).

Presentation

• During Weeks 13 and 14 each group is required to present their report and valuation. Each group is allocated a 30-minute Power Point presentation and a 10-minute Q&A session.
• Each group member is required to be involved in the preparation for the group Each group member must attend the group presentation and be involved in the presentation itself.
• Individual marks will be given for this part. Failure of any group member to attend their group presentation will cause him/her to lose all the marks allocated for presentation.
• Marks will be given on apperarence, projection of voice, eye contact & animation, delivery, language skills, answering questions, time limits and visual aids.
