To take a data-driven approach in preparing for this competitor analysis, you first need to decide the key dimensions to be measured in the competitor analysis, and evaluate the possible data points required and the accessibility of the data. To prepare for this competitor analysis, write a succinct business report that: 
• Research and concisely summarise the range of relevant dimensions that are used in any competitor analysis (15%) • Select the top five dimensions to be examined in your competitor analysis for Graduate Hotels and justify the appropriateness and relevance of the chosen dimensions (40%) • Identify and evaluate the possible data points required in order to analyse the chosen dimensions in the competitor analysis. You may consider a wide range of data from different forms, sources, structures and producers (15%). • Research and identify potential sources of data points for your competitor analysis, comment on how to access data for Graduate Hotel and discuss the potential risks when collecting data (20%)
