This assessment lays the groundwork for Assessment 3. In this assessment the student will study the parties respondent to their nominated Enterprise Bargaining Agreement that will form the basis of Assessment 3.

As a group, identify an Enterprise Agreement for your Assessment 3. This will be negotiated between the employer organisation and the employee. These parties (organisations and employees) may be represented by an Employer Association and a Union. Investigate all of the parties (organisation/employer body and employee/Union)
In your essay describe:
1 The organisation, (size, industry, location, history and previous disputes)
2 The name, history and role of the Employer body
3 Employees (number, classifications and skill level)
4 The name, history and role of the relevant Union

The Role Of Union
