Project in Education is a student-centred pedagogy that involves a dynamic classroom approach in which it is believed that students acquire a deeper knowledge through the active exploration of real-world challenges and problems and teaching concern is the factor or limitation that always linked with teaching-learning process and sometimes it is stuck between the processes of teaching-learning. TESOL teaching has a different kind of concern that influence ESL classroom teaching in relation to micro-social context. As a English teacher as an English as a foreign language or an additional language (also known as ESL or English as a second language) I got had the opportunity to teach the students who are learning English as third language as they have first their mother tong Punjabi which minority language and after that National language Hindi and then English. 1.2 Context- As a teacher, I was teaching English in Takshila School which is located in rural area of Punjab in India. It was a secondary school and in my class, there were 20 students. Ages of the students were 17 to19 years old. The coursebook is the centre asset for educating the language. The learners are from similar culture or social foundation with a practically similar level of linguistic ability in various aptitudes of English dialect. It is a privately supported school so learners are taught English from starting phase of learning. For instance around 3-year-olds. However as it is an EFL setting, understudies don't have much occasion for social utilization of the language. Students Questions: 1. Do you think that speaking skill is the least focused on grade-9? Why / Why not? 2. How will you rate (1-4) the importance of English aspects, according to your choice? 3. According to you which are the best activities to improve the listening skill of students? 4. What are the identifiable problems with learners during listening activities? 5. Do you think you need extra class/hours for to improve listening skills of the students? 6. Do you think the school should have a special lab for listening activities? 7. Is school providing appropriate equipment to improve listening skills of the students? 8. Do you find classroom activities motivational enough for active participation of learners? 9. How often school organize special seminar from experts to improve to the listening skill of students? 10.
