• Significance and innovation of the proposed study
• Expected outcomes / Hypotheses
•  Research plan: Methodology (including sampling, data collection, and data analysis)
•  Ethical considerations
•  Study limitations

Students are strongly encouraged to talk with their student colleagues, tutor, and the course convenor to develop a research topic into a feasible, relevant study. This is because it is extremely difficult to develop a well-thought, plausible research proposal without discussion with others about it. Consequently, it is recommended you:

1. Post your research proposal question online in no more than 100 words to the course discussion board during weeks 6 and 7 (also include your data collection methods if known at that time).

2. Provide constructive feedback between 50 to 80 words (approx) to others on the discussion board during week 8 and at the same time respond to any feedback given to you.
