4. Identify the mandate that should be given to proposed Enterprise Architecture Capability, and the commitment required from senior management to ensure the effectiveness of the Enterprise Architecture Program.
5. Remember this is an executive-level document and must focus on the what, why, when, and very little on how to do it.
6. This document must be a minimum of 4000 words with references and support. A minimum of five references is required.
