Executive Summary
The purpose of this document is to provide a management framework to ensure that levels of risk and uncertainty are properly managed for the remainder of the project. As risk management is an ongoing process over the life of a project, the Risk Register must be considered a ‘snapshot’ of relevant risks at one point in time.

Write a brief introduction, describing the general scope of the project detailed in the contract
Identify any unusual aspects of the construction, and use of unusual materials, including checking for the availability of such materials
Identify any penalty provisions made

Describe how you will obtain copies of building approvals related to the project
Identify any potential design problems, and how you would bring these problems to the attention of other stakeholders
Describe how you would evaluate and confirm the condition of any structures to be retained [If there are no such structures included in your contract/site plan, give a general answer applying to other sites with such structures
Describe how and with whom you would share reports regarding this project
Describe any licensing requirements that could affect the works.
Describe the OHS and PPE requirements for the site
Establish access to the site, and location for on-site accommodation
