You divide your team into three teams-red team, blue team and purple team. The red team will carry network and applications assessments both internally and externally. The blue team will analyze red teams attacks and determine the readiness of the company to such attacks. The purple team will finalize the penetration testing process by analyzing the effectiveness of defensive tactics and controls proposed by the blue team to protect against vulnerabilities found by the red team. The company has made some specific requests and has given some instructions on what is essential for the completion of the job.
