Project management:

The project is related to RALS (Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show) which is a consistently growing community of agriculture and lifestyle products being promoted in the form of exhibitions, that is organized by a community committee. Based on the success that RALS committee has experienced so far, the committee has decided to expand the show further and take it to two more rural communities. The current system of booking and managing the events is manual where a lot of resources are being wasted in organizing and planning each and every single detail of the show. However, through this particular project that is being carried out by the project team, the RALS team wishes to make almost all the functions online for better accessibility, efficiency as well as convenience. The online booking system that RALS wants to construct should essentially be able to completely replace the current manual system that is in place as of now. Questions: 1) To identify the main functions that would need to be integrated in the online booking system 2)  To increase the efficiency of the booking process by enabling better online processes 3) To improve the quality of services that are being provided to the stakeholders of RALS 4) To increase the current reach of the show and be able to attract more customers
