The purpose of this essay is to demonstrate critical review on my personal and professional development in order to maintain effective Continuing Professional Development (CPD) based on my academic portfolio. Next, the second principle has been addressed in the way that an individual develops and learns towards maturity through different roles of experiences with the passage of time (Danial et.al, 2019). In concept of andragogy, the adult learner depends on his or her own experience as a framework to grow and a guide for future decisions (Conaway et.al, 2015).
