This task will help students to learn and understand the research process. The aim of the assessment task is to prepare students for the larger literature review assessment task due at the end of the semester.

Purpose

This report is designed to develop capacity to identify, research, apply and critically analyse the key concepts of the research process se refer to course descriptor).

Description

• Students will be required to: Identify the search terms they used relevant to their research question or topic,
• Provide a flow chart that represents how the literature search was conducted including the inclusion/exclusion criteria,
• Present the final selected papers in a table format highlighting the following aspects: author/year/country, methodology, participants, key findings, and
• Provide a detailed description of the key findings of the selected papers.
• Students are required to provide a synopsis of the results followed by an explanation of the key findings. Students should present a result and explain it before presenting another result and explaining it and so on then end with an overall one paragraph synopsis of the results.
