2. Verify compliance requirements - always take a close look at any required licenses or regulations that your company needs to make sure you are up to date. 

3. Source, analyse, and map existing training materials - recognize the importance of employee training and have some materials and methods in place.

4. Make recommendations - Having identified what training will benefit your teams, it is necessary to arrange it.
