This task requires you to read the following two short stories which are in Gordon’s (2010) When chicken soup isn’t enough (available online as QUT library eBook). Both short stories are also available in the QUT Readings on the NSD104 Blackboard website.

Part two –Action Plan   
This part of your assessment task builds on the scenario analysis which you completed in Part One. It requires you to develop an action plan, supported with evidence-based literature, to address the leadership challenges that you identified.

• Provide a brief introduction outlining the structure of the essay 
• Develop and discuss two clear strategies for each of the two leadership challenges identified in Part One, supported with evidence-based literature.
