Decision analysis is widely used in most business in improving applications from management development, product to investment and so on. According to the author, he said decision analysis involves operational research and statistic that operate with optimizing, modelling and analysing decision from both organization, individuals and groups (Zvi Covaliu 2001). Decision analysis give decision makers better ideas in complex situation and likewise it forms a platform to thick critically, and a set of tool the provide assistance in making good decisions. This analytical platform relay on the experimental proves of processed informant from people, psychology, and having inconsistent decision related to rational prescription of decision analysis. According to the same author, Problems involve in decision making is for the maker to choose a possible alternatives that will not bring up any negative uncertainty to theorganisation. The consequences of decision making depend on the state of nature and choice of the decision maker that may include the severe experiments conducted, samples, survey and so on.
